General Zaroff bested him in the final fight, Rainsford was far too exhausted to battle against someone who is in a far better health condition than him. Naturally, Zaroff was surprised by the man's feats so he spared him, but with one condition that he must abides by: Rainsford must stay on the island and hunt with him, essentially becoming Ivan's replacement.

I figured that this decision to accept it makes a bit of sense because he was basically on bloodlust mode in the fight scene, some part of him, deep down, must enjoy killing another being.

Other notes:
This took a long time because I couldn't decide on what story to use, but then I remembered about what I read during 2nd quarter of this school year (lol)

I tried mixing some stuff between the movie and the novel because  <*strike*>I couldn't find any of their yaoi fanart anywhere to reference off of<*/strike*>

Not sure if this falls into an illustration or a comic panel, would it be called a comitration? 

Inked by hand with a g-pen, I said that I was gonna use maru last time but I found out that g-pen can makes even thinner line than maru e.e
